While on all fours place a weight in the area behind your knee then curl and raise that leg up and down until exhaustion.One of the quickest ways to lose weight and get in shape is with bodyweight exercise routines. Bodyweight exercises don't require a gym membership or any expensive equipment. They can be done at home or outside when the weather is nice for a great change of pace. The popularity of boot camp workouts continues to grow as thousands of people are seeing how quickly this style of working out delivers results in strength and fat loss.

Bodyweight exercises deliver results fast because there is a great deal of overall muscle coordination and stabilization that is required to perform many of the movements which forces you to work harder overall. More calories are burned and more muscles are worked simultaneously giving the most efficient workout possible. Here are a few bodyweight exercise ideas you can add to a quick home workout.Feet Elevated Pushups - doing pushups with your feet elevated up on a box or a chair adds another dimension of difficulty and is a great addition if you need something more advanced. Feet can be placed in differing elevations to add variety. This also works the core as your body will be working hard to stabilize this movement to keep straight.
